Owning the
Customer Journey
Palm Meadows Farm was experienced with Shopify, but wanted to optimize SEO by running more of their customer journey through their own domain.
Previously using Linktree for social media traffic, Palm Meadows Farm wanted to own their own page to display all of their booking links and direct visitors through a branded experience.
They also wanted a solution that was repeatable for other clients who needed a similar way to present booking links, manage traffic, and maintain a professional online presence.
Solution
We created a mobile-first design to support conversions from social media traffic. The page was self-hosted, branded to the client, and templated so it could be reused for future projects.
We helped set up hosting, contact form functionality, and email management within an easy-to-maintain and repeatable template.
