Booking System
After setting up their WordPress website, Peaks and Picnics was unable to find a booking system that worked well for both the customer experience and the business administration side of the company.
The functionality and workflow of available out-of-the-box booking solutions were falling short. The business needed a system that could support their booking process while still feeling simple and polished for customers.
They also needed the booking flow to support the operational side of the business, making it easier to manage customer details, bookings, and add-on options without creating unnecessary administrative work.
Solution
While leveraging one of the available out-of-the-box solutions, our team developed custom software to better integrate with the administration side of the business, while also customizing the look and feel of the booking system.
To help generate additional revenue, custom add-ons were added to the checkout process, giving customers the option to enhance their booking while creating a natural upsell opportunity for the business.
